Gail has over 25 years experience as a senior IP practitioner across all aspects of Australian trade mark law. She has a specialist practice in contentious trade mark opposition and removal proceedings dispute resolution, as well as advising in relation to associated strategic trade mark clearance, registration, assignment and due diligence and other aspects of portfolio audit and management.

Joanne has worked in trade marks for over twenty five years, providing advice to local and overseas clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious issues. She specialises in development of international trade mark portfolios and policies for corporate clients, for creation, use and protection of trade marks.

David has extensive experience across all aspects of Australian and New Zealand intellectual property law, with particular expertise in trade mark law. He provides the full range of trade mark registration, prosecution, opposition and dispute resolution services, and specialises in advisory work on brand protection, including infringement and enforcement of trade marks. He has close working relationships with leading IP law and attorney firms in North America and Europe.

Katrina is a senior attorney in the Trade Marks group of FB Rice and has many years' experience across all aspects of Australian trade mark law.

Lisa Neilson is the Trade Marks Administrator for the trade mark operations in the Sydney and Melbourne offices. She has over thirteen years experience in the brand protection profession and has worked both in Australia and overseas, most recently in the UK, managing global trade mark portfolios and advising on global filing strategies.
