Connie Merlino, ICT Partner at FB Rice, will be presenting at the Commercial Law Association (CLA) halfday seminar, "Protecting IP in the digital age", on Friday, 16 March, 2012 at the NSW State Library.

 

Connie will be discussing what type of computer related products can be protected by a patent, as well as recent cases such as Apple v Samsung.

 

The CLA plays an important role in providing information and encouraging debate on important issues in the legal and business sectors.
