Brent is a technical specialist in the Sydney office of FB Rice, and joined the firm in 2007.
Brent conducts searches, especially in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector, and watches the progress of third party patent applications in Australia, New Zealand and other jurisdictions. This service provides useful supporting documentation to our attorneys in their advice on patentability, due diligence pre-litigation and opposition matters. Brent also prepares formal drawings to support patent applications in biotechnology, chemical and pharmaceutical matters.
Prior to joining FB Rice, Brent worked in the chemical manufacturing and environmental testing fields.
