Katrina is a senior attorney in the Trade Marks group of FB Rice and has many years' experience across all aspects of Australian trade mark law.
Katrina provides comprehensive trade mark services to local and overseas clients including trade mark searching, registration, prosecution, opposition and dispute resolution. She is registered to practice in Australia.
As well as working with clients to protect their intellectual property, Katrina provides extensive advice on developments in the law and practice of trade marks and will be a regular to FB Rice updates in that area.
Katrina’s particular professional interests are pharmaceutical brands and trade marks; clothing and lifestyle brands; and medical products trade marks.
