Education Series - Number two: Inequitable conduct and other nasties

Second in our Education Series, Senior Associate Mark Wakeham discusses the importance of disclosing all relevant information to the patent office when filing a patent application in the US.

Mark registered as a patent attorney in 1994, joined FB Rice in 2000, and is a Senior Associate of the firm.

Mark graduated from La Trobe University with a science degree majoring in biochemistry and botany. He joined the Australian Patent Office in 1980, and returned to Melbourne in 1987 to take up a position as a Patent Officer at the CSIRO Division of Manufacturing Technology.

Mark is located in our Melbourne office.
