Samantha is a Patent Administrator in the Sydney office of FB Rice and joined the firm in 2010.
Samantha assists our partners and attorneys to coordinate and prioritise workflow in the Medical Technology Group and to maximise our attorneys' service delivery to our clients. She assists with management of the medical technology database and generates correspondence with clients on a number of issues including Australian and foreign filings, Australian and foreign formal requirements, entitlement issues, assignment related issues, information disclosure and search results.
Samantha has experience in multiple fields of the pharmaceutical industry and as sole administrator of an intellectual property portfolio. Prior to joining FB Rice, Samantha worked in laboratories as a Patent Officer, Analytical Chemist and a Synthetic Chemist.
