Rachel Oxley, Partner at leading European patent attorney firm Mewburn Ellis LLP. Rachel has over ten years experience in intellectual property, spanning European, Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions and will look at European developments.

 

Eddie Walker, a former European patent attorney currently in the Medical Technology team at FB Rice, will be presenting at the seminar from the Australian perspective.
