The offices of FB Rice will be closed 27, 28 and 29 December as well as Monday 3 January.  Our offices will be open for business as usual from Tuesday 4 January 2011.  These closures are due to a number of public holidays in Australia.

Similarly, the Australian Patent, Trade Marks and Designs Offices will be closed December 27 to January 4, 2011.  Please let us know ahead of time of any urgent matters to be handled during this period.

Any deadlines falling due for patent, trade mark and design matters on the days IP Australia's offices are closed will automatically be extended to the next business day on which the office is open.
