FB Rice offers paid parental leave on a sliding scale rising to 13 weeks after five years with the firm. This leave is available to the primary care giver regardless of gender.

The firm has recently introduced a mentoring program, designed to pass on the experience and expertise of our more senior attorneys to our trainee and junior attorneys. The great benefit of this to our clients is a faster and more thorough training process for our attorneys, as they benefit not only from hands on experience, but from the accumulated experience of our senior Attorneys.
