Working at FB Rice has allowed me to achieve a healthy balance between the time that I spend at work and home. I am able to start early and finish early and assistants are now able to earn RDOs which gives the flexibility to find that work/life balance. I receive a huge amount of support and backing from my department and FB Rice which has allowed me to excel in my position at a rapid rate. My skills are recognised and that is very rewarding.

FB Rice encourages you to stay fit and healthy and build team interaction, whether that be playing in the firm’s netball team (which I do) or taking part in any running events during the year. I’m pretty sure there is always a bet going to see who can beat the Managing Partner. All round FB Rice is a great place to work - you actually want to go to work in the mornings.
