Client focused culture at FB Rice

Client experience is a priority for us and it is great to see our efforts are recognised throughout the industry. We pride ourselves on our expertise and our ability to make our clients feel comfortable and respected at every stage of the process. We’re real people who build partnerships based on trust by being open, approachable and completely focused on the needs of our clients.

This marks the sixth year we have won the Best Specialist IP & Related Services Firm award (previously named Best IP Specialist), and the seventh year in a row we have won at the Client Choice Awards. We were privileged to win the award “Niche Firm Leader” in 2017 before there was an IP-specific category.

The Client Choice Awards reward firms in Australia and New Zealand for their excellent client service, expertise in clients’ areas of need, innovation and superior client experience. They recognise best practice in the professional services sector and are based solely on client feedback. We would like to thank our clients who have taken the time to provide feedback resulting in these awards, likewise, to Beaton for conducting the research.
