Australia’s largest top tier leading intellectual property firm, FB Rice, has had two patent attorney partners recognised in the IAM Global Leaders list for 2021.
Managing Partner and IP strategist Brett Lunn, along with engineering patent professional and IP strategist Madeleine Kelly have been recognised in the publication’s 2021 list.

The Global Leaders list is an annual publication, which recognises the top patent professionals across the world with a reputation for innovating, inspiring and delivering a superior client service. In order to qualify for inclusion in IAM Global Leaders, individuals must be firstly recognised in the IAM Patent 1000 publication. A total of 15 patent experts were recommended in Australia.
FB Rice was recognised as a Highly Recommended firm for Patent Prosecution in the 2020 edition of IAM Patent 1000. Furthermore, Managing Partner Brett Lunn, Madeleine Kelly, Jeremy Dobbin, Rachel Hooke, Madeleine Kelly, John Landells, Connie Merlino, Ian Rourke, Jenny Petering and Karin Innes were also included in the IAM Patent Prosecution Recommended list.
