Andrew Gregory, Chemistry, Sydney

Andrew Gregory is a new partner in our Sydney chemistry team. Joining the firm in 2011 as a trainee attorney with a strong technical background in organic and inorganic chemistry, Andrew brings a unique blend of hands-on laboratory experience and legal expertise to his practice. Through his extensive knowledge spanning diverse technological areas in chemistry and materials science, Andrew has become a trusted advisor to clients seeking innovative legal solutions and tailored advice. In addition to his work with intellectual property, Andrew's academic achievements include authoring research articles in high-impact journals and presenting his work at international conferences, showcasing his commitment to advancing knowledge in his field.

Beata Khaidurova, Engineering, Melbourne

Beata Khaidurova is a new partner in our Melbourne engineering team. Having joined the firm as a trainee attorney in 2012, Beata has honed her skills in patent law and demonstrated exceptional legal expertise throughout her career. Beata's dedication to her clients' success has earned her well-deserved recognition as a Rising Star by Managing IP for the past three years. Beyond her legal accomplishments, Beata has been actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusivity in STEM fields as a member of the Elevate Advisory Committee, playing a pivotal role in the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences & Engineering's Elevate scholarship program .

David Loch, Biotechnology, Brisbane

David Loch is a new partner in our Brisbane biotechnology team. Joining our Brisbane team in late 2020, David has been instrumental in growing our Queensland client base. With a deep understanding of pharmacology, biotechnology and the fields of molecular biology, genetic engineering and cancer biology, David has demonstrated that he is an invaluable asset to the firm. His diverse scientific background includes a veterinary degree from the University of Queensland and research positions at esteemed institutions such as Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Queensland University of Technology. David provides strategic counsel and legal expertise and works closely with a number of clients shaping the future of the biotechnology industry.

Stuart Campbell, Engineering, Sydney

Stuart Campbell is a new partner in our engineering team, based in Sydney. Throughout his career, Stuart has accumulated expertise across automotive products, mining technology, medical devices, and robotics. He is proficient at drafting patent specifications and has secured broad, robust protection for many clients. Additionally, Stuart has extensive experience with registering industrial designs both domestically and internationally. Stuart's technical acumen, combined with his legal expertise, positions him as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of industries.
