Important information on changes to New Zealand Patent Law

Some major changes are underway in New Zealand Patent Law.
From 13 September 2014 a higher threshold for patentability will take effect. Click here for our recent article detailing these changes.
We recommend that you immediately consider bringing forward the filing of convention applications and national phase applications in New Zealand, and well in advance of the deadline of 12 September 2014.
