At FB Rice, we believe our strength lies in the diversity of our people. Our team across Australia and New Zealand embraces differences in gender, culture, ethnicity, disability, life stage, and more. By providing tailored resources and fostering an inclusive culture, we empower our people and enhance our ability to provide the best client experience.

Our recent employee survey underscores this commitment, showing strong performance in fostering belonging, providing support, and demonstrating respectful leadership—consistently exceeding national benchmarks. The survey results were compared to the DCA-Member Leading Practice Benchmark and the National Index Benchmark, derived from a nationally representative survey of 3,000 Australian workers. By surpassing these benchmarks, FB Rice earned its place as an Inclusive Employer, a reflection of our strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

A key highlight of this year’s survey was the significant reduction in experiences of exclusion among our team, validating our ongoing efforts to create a welcoming workplace. We extend our thanks to our staff for their valuable feedback, which inspires us to continue building on this success.
