We are delighted to share that FB Rice has been named an Inclusive Employer for 2024-2025 by the Diversity Council of Australia (DCA). This recognition places us among a select group of organisations in Australia acknowledged for their commitment to creating truly inclusive workplaces. At FB Rice, we believe our strength lies in the diversity of our people. Our team across Australia and New Zealand embraces differences in gender, culture, ethnicity, disability, life stage, and more. By providing tailored resources and fostering an inclusive culture, we empower our people and enhance our ability to provide the best client experience.
Our recent employee survey underscores this commitment, showing strong performance in fostering belonging, providing support, and demonstrating respectful leadership—consistently exceeding national benchmarks. The survey results were compared to the DCA-Member Leading Practice Benchmark and the National Index Benchmark, derived from a nationally representative survey of 3,000 Australian workers. By surpassing these benchmarks, FB Rice earned its place as an Inclusive Employer, a reflection of our strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
A key highlight of this year’s survey was the significant reduction in experiences of exclusion among our team, validating our ongoing efforts to create a welcoming workplace. We extend our thanks to our staff for their valuable feedback, which inspires us to continue building on this success.

What’s next?
While we are honoured by this recognition, our journey doesn’t stop here. By doing so, we aim to ensure that FB Rice remains a great place to work and an employer of choice for inclusion and diversity.
