Prior to joining the profession in 2022, Andrew completed a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Cambridge, UK during which he held a Krishnan-Ang Studentship at Trinity College. His academic research focused on a wide variety of topics relating to organic synthesis and methodology, antibody-drug conjugates, emerging biotherapeutic technologies, and has been published in a number of highly respected peer-reviewed scientific journals. Andrew also holds Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Amidst his studies, Andrew was a publishing editor at the Royal Society of Chemistry based in Cambridge, UK, where he supported the peer-reviewed editorial process of novel scientific research spanning the breadth of the chemical sciences, across multiple high impact academic journals including Energy & Environmental Science, and Green Chemistry.
Andrew is keen to bring his legal and cross-disciplinary scientific expertise to assist clients across the life sciences to enact a robust intellectual property strategy that aligns with their commercial objectives.
