Diana Bogunovic is a senior associate in our Melbourne trade marks team.
Joining FB Rice in 2017, she has over 20 years of experience working in intellectual property. Diana advises local and overseas clients on the use and protection of trade marks, specialising in clearance searches, prosecution of applications and opposition proceedings in Australia and New Zealand. Diana also provides advice on trade mark infringement and domain name disputes. Diana has been acknowledged for Trademark Prosecution and Strategy in the WTR 1000 recommended list 2025 and 2026.
