Kate Howard

Kate has experience in handling extensive trade mark portfolios for local clients and multinational companies in the fintech, consumer products, and food & beverage industries. She provides a range of trade mark services, including prosecuting trade mark applications in Australia, New Zealand and overseas, handling and advising on opposition and removal proceedings, and providing strategic filing advice globally.

Prior to joining FB Rice, Kate gained over 15 years of experience in the trade marks industry through a range of roles, including at one of Australia’s top-tier IP firms, providing her with a strong understanding of the support and advice required to progress, maintain and manage all aspects of trade mark portfolios in Australia, New Zealand and globally.

Kate is a registered Australian and New Zealand Trade Marks Attorney.
