Ramya Janarthanan is an IP analyst and team leader, working within our Melbourne biotechnology and chemistry teams.
She is regularly involved in the generation and review of freedom-to-operate (FTO), patentability, infringement and validity patent searches for both local and international clients. She is involved in undertaking patent watches which includes monitoring the progress, prosecution and legal status of patent families. She assists clients in understanding the current patent landscape relating to their technology.
