She has extensive experience in the prosecution and enforcement of local and global trade mark portfolios, and a strong background in contentious matters including trade mark oppositions, removal actions and litigation. Sarah takes a pragmatic and commercial approach in assessing her client's needs, devising appropriate trade mark protection strategies and taking appropriate steps to ensure effective implementation and execution of these strategies.

Sarah is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is recorded against the High Court register of practitioners. She also has a business degree majoring in marketing.
