Artificial intelligence (AI), including generative AI (GenAI) tools, may assist with a range of tasks, including document review and drafting. These tools are always used under attorney supervision and are not a substitute for the expertise of our attorneys, who will exercise professional judgment to ensure accuracy of GenAI-generated content.
All AI use at FB Rice complies with applicable ethical rules, confidentiality obligations, and data protection requirements.
We do not allow confidential information in our possession to be used to train public GenAI models.
