Diana Bogunovic | Senior Associate, Trade Marks | Melbourne
Since joining FB Rice in 2017, Diana Bogunovic has been advising both local and international clients on trade mark use and protection, specializing in clearance searches, application prosecution, and opposition proceedings in Australia and New Zealand. Her expertise extends to providing guidance on trade mark infringement and domain name disputes. Before joining FB Rice, Diana gained over 11 years of experience working across different roles in intellectual property, including the patents group.

Ken Seidenman | Senior Associate, Biotechnology | Melbourne
Ken Seidenman has a broad biotechnology background with deep experience in preparing, prosecuting, and strategic counselling for biotechnology patent portfolios. Ken has pursued patent coverage on behalf of large and small biotech companies and research institutions worldwide in a wide variety of areas including CRISPR targeting, neurodegenerative disease therapies, stem cells, gene therapies and platforms, cancer therapeutics, cell-based drug discovery platforms, antibodies, small molecule therapeutic methods, and diagnostics.

Maria Matveenko | Associate, Chemistry | Adelaide
With technical expertise in organic chemistry, protein biochemistry, and medicinal chemistry, Maria Matveenko’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications for a diverse range of clients, both locally and internationally. Before joining FB Rice as a trainee, Maria's extensive background in chemistry and biomedical science, complemented by her research work in prestigious institutions across the globe, has resulted in numerous first-author publications and accolades.
