Flexibility at FB Rice
We believe in working to live, not living to work. We support our staff to find a way of working that fits their life.

Balancing growth and family time
Ways we support our staff

Hybrid working & Agile Policy
FB Rice has an Agile @ FB Rice policy that provides a framework for allowing staff members to work flexibly including hours of work, e.g. start and finish times, a differing spread of hours across a working week, and part-time work. Other arrangements include locations of work, including working from home, another FB Rice office, or other premises.

Secondary caregivers leave
A secondary caregiver (the person who is supporting the primary caregiver and the child) is entitled to take three weeks of paid leave. If the secondary caregiver becomes the primary caregiver to their child before the child’s first birthday, a period of up to 4 weeks’ additional paid secondary caregiver leave may be taken.

Remote working flexibility
We understand that it may be beneficial for a staff member to be able to work from a different location for a period of time. This could include working full or part time from another country or Australian State and may also include a period of work following a period of annual or long service leave. Facilitating options for flexibility ensures that FB Rice continues to be a great place to work.
