Our Leadership Development Programme, aimed at senior attorneys, and our Partners and Management Team Programme both work to build on our internal management and leadership capability, in particular managing hybrid working teams and supporting those who have flexible working arrangements.
Bringing in the experts
In late 2022, we welcomed the arrival of our new Chief Operating Officer, Jodi Proudlock. With a background in Strategy and Operations, HR and General Management, and a special interest in innovation, Jodi is passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys working with people to accomplish great things.
Appointments and promotions
Reflecting the inclusive, responsive, and client-focused environment cultivated at FB Rice, we appointed two Paralegals, and over a period of 18 months we appointed nine new partners. These promotions demonstrate the firm’s commitment to our team at all levels of their career.
